The ESP EC-256P delivers all the tone and style of the EC series with a decidedly vintage flair. As opposed to the metal-oriented electronics of several other entries in the EC-line, ESP has outfitted the EC-256P with a pair of LP90S pickups. These vintage-styled soap-bars provide a rounder, versatile sound that can handle growling metal tones as well as cleaner textures. The thin U contoured neck is joined to the mahogany body with a set neck joint, which adds a rich sustain to the entire instrument. Highlighted by two old-school finishes, the EC-256P is a unique take on ESP's popular EC design.
